Copper Cup Tower
This cup tower is handcrafted in copper by a skilled metalworker from Tsubame-Sanjo, Niigata—an area renowned for its metalworking heritage. Designed to hold up to twelve cups, the wide base plate allows for different stacking compositions, subtly changing the presence and rhythm of the piece. Each cup features a hammered copper exterior, while the interior is finished with a pewter coating. Functional yet sculptural, the tower balances utility and craftsmanship, existing as both an object of use and a refined work of art.
