1. Returns & Exchange Policy

At Artiora, we aim to ensure every product meets your expectations. If you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the conditions below:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 to 14 days from the date of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and invoice
  • Products must be free from damage, stains, or signs of use

2. Product Condition Requirements

Returned items will only be accepted if:

  • The product is in resalable condition
  • All original tags, boxes, and protective packaging are intact
  • The item has not been assembled, installed, or altered

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized / made-to-order products
  • Fragile décor items (including crystal products) once delivered in good condition
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images/videos along with your order ID

After verification, Artiora will:

  • Arrange a replacement at no extra cost, or
  • Issue a full refund, if replacement is unavailable

To request a return or exchange:

  2. Provide your order ID and reason for return
  3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions

Important:

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted
  • Return shipping charges are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error

  • Once approved, refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days
  • The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
