1. Returns & Exchange Policy
At Artiora, we aim to ensure every product meets your expectations. If you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the conditions below:
- Returns are accepted within 7 to 14 days from the date of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and invoice
- Products must be free from damage, stains, or signs of use
2. Product Condition Requirements
Returned items will only be accepted if:
- The product is in resalable condition
- All original tags, boxes, and protective packaging are intact
- The item has not been assembled, installed, or altered
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized / made-to-order products
- Fragile décor items (including crystal products) once delivered in good condition
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images/videos along with your order ID
After verification, Artiora will:
- Arrange a replacement at no extra cost, or
- Issue a full refund, if replacement is unavailable

Important:
- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted
