1. Order Cancellation
At Artiora, we process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Therefore:
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Cancellation requests must be sent via email with your Order ID
2. Orders Already Processed or Shipped
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled
- In such cases, customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy after delivery
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If the cancellation is approved within the allowed time:
- A full refund will be issued
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
4. Cancellation by Artiora
Artiora reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- Product is out of stock
- Payment is not authorized or failed

- Suspected fraudulent transaction
